We are a well-liked, grounded and trusted multi-disciplinary construction consultancy working with developers, local authorities, contractors and public sector organisations. We are invited, often via client referral, to consult on a remarkably broad mix of briefs ranging from large scale infrastructure to landmark regeneration schemes. We work in virtually every sector including residential, health, sci-tech, commercial, leisure and more.
From our base in Princes Dock we specialise in quantity surveying, project management, bills of quantities, employers’ agent, cost consultancy, plus regeneration and infrastructure services and take great pride in the positive legacies we create. Recent projects include Birkenhead’s once in a lifetime regeneration including Dock Branch Park, as well as Liverpool Waters, Wirral Waterfront and Eureka.
