Our first networking lunch of 2018 will be with the Director of Estates and Facilities Aintree Hospital Foundation Trust, Paul Fitzpatrick. Paul is responsible for management of estates and facilities services across four hospital sites in Liverpool, all of which have significant challenges due to levels of backlog maintenance and age of buildings and infrastructure.
This has always been challenging but with a significant decrease in availability of capital and revenue funding this balancing act has become more difficult.
