Behind the scenes at Tate Liverpool

Join Professional Liverpool at the Tate Liverpool on International Women’s Day for a breakfast networking event in which we will hear from guest speakers Bronwyn Ormsby, Principal Conservation scientist and Rachel Barker, Paintings Conservator for Tate. 

This special chance to view the Roy Lichtenstein In Focus display before the gallery opens to the public will also include pancakes, bacon and waffles as well as music from the Pop Art era. Our guest speakers will be discussing the the new technology they have pioneered to restore the iconic “Whaam!” painting, which has recently joined the display.  

 This event is free for PL members and there will be a £20pp charge for non-members.
